Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, customer success, and implementation teams to design impactful product experiences. From strategy and research to ideation, production, handoff, and QA, work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of meaningful, high-quality experiences. Create user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, prototypes, and design specifications. Define user experience, interactions, and interfaces through user flows, information architecture, sketches, and wireframes. Illustrate design ideas with mockups and prototypes (low and high fidelity) and present them to stakeholders for feedback. Break down complex problems to find solutions that enhance user efficacy within the products. Gather insights from user research and translate them into product recommendations. Design UI elements such as menus, buttons, navigation, widgets, and interactions. Utilize design systems to support rapid, iterative development and recommend improvements based on feedback. Collaborate with your team, listen to feedback, and inspire others by bringing fresh perspectives.
