Job Duties :

This is an entry level position. Responsible for processing and managing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, processing accounts payable transactions accurately and timely, and maintaining organized and updated accounting files and records. This role will work closely with third-party receivables groups and credit card processors, as well as partner with corporate accounting, department managers, and customers, to ensure efficient handling of receivables and timely application of payments. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.

Essential Job Tasks:

• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Plan daily tasks to ensure timely vendor invoice processing.
• Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow.

Educational and Work Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
