University of Utah Health is seeking an experienced Web Analytics and SEO Specialist to join our collaborative and innovative Digital Experience Team within the Marketing & Communications department. In this highly visible and strategic role you will perform two core responsibilities. First, you will lead website analytics across a large, complex, multi-site web ecosystem. Second, you'll lead SEO initiatives using technical SEO best practices, modern AI-driven search strategies, and website data analysis to improve the findability of content and enhance the overall digital experience for patients, providers, and researchers.

Requires a bachelor's degree in related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Two to four years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Preferences include 2+ years of hands-on SEO strategy execution in a large, content-rich environment. Experience in website analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting. Familiarity with AI-enhanced search experiences. Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams. Understanding of SEO within regulated environments. Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or higher education environments. Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms. Knowledge of A/B testing and personalization strategies.
