The VP-SM will also lead a team of high-performing sales and marketing leaders, promote a culture of accountability and innovation, and provide training to ensure brand compliance and operational excellence. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
