What You'll Do :

You'll be at the forefront of design innovation, collaborating to deliver solutions that are not only usercentric but also strategically aligned with business goals. Your contributions will include :

• Strategic Design Leadership :
• Guide design specifications and influence implementation by collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Data-Driven Impact :
• Utilize and propose key data and metrics to assess product impact, analyze user trends, and understand the broader industry landscape to inform design solutions.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Drive design enhancements based on UX testing and stakeholder feedback, ensuring product goals are met and expectations exceeded.
• Consensus Building :
• Build strong consensus across diverse teams and gain support for your design strategy, effectively communicating your approach and proactively addressing challenges.
• Project & Resource Management :
• Contribute to defining project priorities aligned with overarching goals, coordinate resource allocation, and seek opportunities to expand your influence within the product team.
• Innovative Solution Creation :
• Develop design solutions grounded in user insights, business needs, and industry trends that significantly advance business objectives and support key performance indicators (KPIs).
• ForwardThinking Design :
• Create innovative solutions for user, product, and business challenges, anticipating evolving design constraints and clearly articulating the rationale behind your choices.
• Holistic Design Systems :
• Drive the implementation of a holistic design process, design system, or design language across various teams or offerings, fostering a unified and coherent experience.
• Research & Insights :
• Guide other designers in concept creation for product ideation and testing, or conduct independent research to gather insights that shape appropriate design directions.
• Framework Application :
• Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems. Leverage writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mockups, and create prototypes that propel the product vision.
• Accessibility & Standards :
• Tailor deliverables to specific requirements, adhering to writing and design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
• Proactive UX Enhancement :
• Propose improvements to user experience by analyzing and anticipating user needs, collaborating to resolve strategic, product, or technological constraints.
