Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU night shift position in Arizona, requiring floating to Med Surg and a compact RN license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with possible floating to Med Surg as needed
• 12-hour night shifts with additional call requirements
• Some call shifts are 24 hours in duration
• Meditech 6.0 EMR experience is preferred
• 13-week contract duration
• Responsible for providing critical care and monitoring in an ICU setting
• Expect to be called in for additional 24-hour call shifts as part of scheduling
• No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) permitted per 13-week contract
• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• First-time travelers will be considered

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current AZ or compact state RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg if needed
• Flu vaccination required with no exceptions
• Candidates with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible
