Tax Analyst

Fully Remote (EST Hours)

4-Month+ Contract (Extendable long-term)

Pay Rate: Up to $35-$40/hr W2

We are seeking motivated tax analysts to join our team and support a critical global Legal Entity Management System (LEMS) implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience with corporate tax processes and legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions.

You will be working directly with tax forms and legal entity data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting our senior tax team through this major system implementation. This role offers excellent exposure to global tax operations and the opportunity to develop expertise in entity management systems.

• Assist with tax form preparation and processing across multiple jurisdictions

• Perform legal entity data entry with high accuracy for LEMS implementation

• Support global tax operations and entity management processes

• Collaborate with senior tax team members on entity-related projects

• Research and analyze tax differences between corporations and partnerships

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

• 2-3 years of professional tax experience

• Strong understanding of the tax differences between corporations and partnerships

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills

• Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. ??

• Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. ?

• Pay Range: $35-$40/hr W2 (DOE)
