Summary

Lead Production Assembler

  Temecula, CA  | 4 PM Start Time  | $26/hr + $3 Shift Differential

We’re looking for a  hands-on leader  to join our  Insulated Glass Department  as a  Lead Production Assembler . If you love working with tools, leading teams, and making high-quality products, this is your moment!

Responsibilities

•   Lead the assembly  of insulated glass units following detailed specs and instructions
•   Operate hand & power tools  like drills, saws, and screw guns
•   Inspect finished products  to ensure top-tier quality
•   Maintain a clean & safe work area , enforcing safety procedures
•   Train, mentor, and support  team members to grow their skills
•   Read and interpret blueprints  and instructions (training provided!)
• ️‍️  Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly (leadership experience = big plus!)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and explain work orders and blueprints
• ️ Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools — and guiding others to do the same
