Our structured academic environment combined with group therapy, individual counseling, and on-site psychiatric services provides the safe and supportive environment students need. Some responsibilities include: Assisting the Classroom Teacher Collaboration with Special Education Team Classroom Management Individualized Instruction Instructional Support Assessment, Grading and Progress Monitoring Behavioral Support Crisis Intervention IEP Implementation Professional Development Communication Lesson Planning Observation and Reflection Adherence to Policies Professionalism CGRC’s Elementary Education Services (EES) Program is a licensed, private Special Education School for children in grades K-8 in Delaware County who are struggling in their public-school classroom. Our school is a structured academic environment, much like mainstream classrooms, and teaches an academic curriculum but with a strong emphasis on social, emotional, and behavioral development.
