  5. Create presentations on ESG performance, trends, and recommendations for diverse audiences.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate sustainability topics, the sustainability website, and the Workiva ESG platform.
  7. Act as the primary contact with the sustainability website vendor for enhancements, visuals, and updates.
  8. Research current and emerging sustainability trends to keep programs and initiatives up to date.
  9. Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues appropriately.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the success of sustainability initiatives.
  11. Maintain an understanding of industry ESG best practices and reporting standards.
  12. Support daily activities related to the sustainability function as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in sustainability, environmental policy, business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated skills in writing, editing, and project management from planning to completion.
  3. Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to present metrics, explain findings, and articulate issues and solutions.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software; graphic design skills are a plus.
