\n\nRole OverviewÂ
\n\nAs the Porter, youâll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to maintain the property and the apartments in a clean and safe manner according to the company policies and procedures. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet the Companyâs established standards and any applicable laws. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as âwhatâ is done here at B.HOM!Â

\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesÂ
\n\nMaintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to the CEV Standards Â
\n\tWork with maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times Â
\n\tInspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways daily Â
\n\tPick up trash on grounds Â
\n\tRun trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled Â
\n\tClean mailbox area daily Â
\n\tWater flowers, plants and shrubs as needed Â
\n\tPerform swimming pool maintenance/cleaning as needed Â
\n\tMaintain accurate swimming pool chemical records, according to state and local requirements Â
\n\tPick up trash, straighten and wipe down furniture in pool area Â
\n\tAssist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office, clubhouse and amenity areas Â
\n\tResponsible for maximizing curb appeal Â
\n\tCheck and replace light bulbs as needed Â
\n\tMaintain painting of curbs and speed bumps Â
\n\tSweep, blow and or pressure wash breeze ways, parking lots and common areas Â
\n\tKeep storm drains free of debris Â
\n\tDeliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters and flyers Â
\n\tAssist in the performance of turn events Â
\n\tTrash out vacant units Â
\n\tOther duties as assigned Â

\n\nYou Have Â
\n\nMust have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement Â
\n\tPosition requires employee to be able to use general cleaning equipment and tools included but not limited to: hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers and hoses Â
\n\tA high school education or equivalent is required (college hours preferred)Â Â

\n\nLifting up to 50 pounds.Â
