Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Position Highlights: - Conduct clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement care plans, which include prescribing and regularly evaluating and modifying as appropriate
- Provide consultation to Primary Care Providers and other medical staff regarding behavioral health issues
- Work virtually from your home
- Triage patients to the appropriate level of care

Required Qualifications: - Current Commonwealth of Massachusetts APRN license and Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active Federal DEA and Massachusetts MCSR Certificate required or in process
The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
