Overview Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer We have an opportunity for a Developer for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation supporting a US Federal customer. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their ability to perform with agility and act with an understanding of the importance of the customer's mission—delivering value by managing dynamic environments, objectives, and priorities. The candidate will effectively leverage the D365 platform and their own expertise to implement enterprise business solutions for our customer. They will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for enhancing the D365 platform, implementing new products, and developing F&O solutions. The successful candidate can effectively provide strategic and tactical support to clients, support multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365, F&O modules, and workflows to meet the specific needs of our clients. Leverage Microsoft 365 security model and Microsoft Dataverse to ensure data protection. Integration Management: Configure the integration of D365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability to support service portfolio data management. Data Migration: Ensure that all relevant historical and transactional data is migrated securely and efficiently Documentation and Training: Create detailed technical documentation, including user guides. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote effective utilization of D365 capabilities. Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of D365 solutions. Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are in place to deliver robust and reliable solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the D365 ecosystem. Actively participate in the D365 community to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in related technical discipline, and two (2) years of development experience with the D365 platform Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements.
