LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Lake Oswego, OR. We are looking for a dedicated HR/Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support across recruiting, benefits, and general HR administration, helping to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

Location: Lake Oswego, OR – 100% On-Site
Duration: Temporary, with strong potential to become permanent
Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates (approx. 30% of role)

  • Assist with employee benefits administration (approx. 30% of role)

  • Provide general HR administrative support, including organizing records, developing processes, and maintaining office systems (approx. 40% of role)

  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other HR documentation as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance organizational efficiency

  • Utilize Excel and Outlook to manage data, communications, and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR or recruiting, ideally in a blended role involving benefits and HR administration

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take initiative and build processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; general administrative skills a must

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Comfortable working on-site full-time and managing multiple priorities
