Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring Forklift Equipment Operator to support daily warehouse operations for our growing client in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this role, you'll be responsible for order picking, packing, loading/unloading, and operating warehouse equipment to keep products moving safely and efficiently. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20.24/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- Located in Grand Prairie, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and assemble warehouse orders for shipment accurately.
- Pack orders to reduce risk of damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely.
- Perform warehouse inventories; label, sort, wrap, pack, and re-pack as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and complete training requirements.
- Work overtime as needed to support operations.
Operate warehouse equipment, including:
- Electric Pallet Jack/Walkie Rider experience required
- Stand-up Forklift experience required
- Reach Truck is nice to have
- Cherry Picker is nice to have
- Dock Stocker is nice to have
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Stand Up Forklift / Walkie Rider experience
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- RF Scanner and WMS experience preferred
- Ability to follow procedures, read/write clearly, and perform basic math.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Ability to lift and stack 5lbs up to 50lbs; push/pull carts with light to moderate force.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for long periods.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot in summer, cold in winter).
- Must be available to work the scheduled shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
