About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Corporate Product Team within the Special Credits Group. This key leadership role involves managing a portfolio of substandard or lower-rated corporate and LBO transactions, leading a team of 8-10 professionals, and driving strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying early signs of credit deterioration, recommending exposure management strategies, and ensuring the team is adept at securing optimal loan structures and documentation to minimize losses. Additionally, the role requires overseeing accurate and timely reporting, compliance with internal and external regulations, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
