Salary: $50,000$60,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications

Were hiring a Digital Marketing Manager and everything in between. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about all things digital. Youll work alongside our creative and strategy teams to execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital marketing channels.
• Maintain regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and recommend optimizations.
• Assist in the setup, testing, and launch of digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital strategy across platforms and ensure alignment with client business goals.
• Conduct data-driven testing for ads, email content, and landing pages to improve KPIs.
• Stay up to date on platform updates and industry trends to inform recommendations and strategy adjustments.

Soft Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital marketing data.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media and email marketing tools.
• Proficient in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to support and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on performance metrics and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Nice to have:Google Certifications, Meta Certifications, or similar.

Hard Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a data-related field preferred but not required if past job experience fits the role.
• 13 years of experience in digital marketing roles (up to 5 years considered; compensation adjusted accordingly).

Salary

$50,000$60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
