About Us

Little 6 Industries LLC is a veteran-owned custom printing and design company based in Maricopa, AZ. We specialize in DTF transfers, UV printing, laser engraving, apparel customization, and promotional products. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing team and help manage client communications, design tasks, and day-to-day shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with design platforms such as Canva, CorelDraw, and Inkscape to assist with creative projects.
• Manage and support client accounts for our sister company.
• Communicate with customers across multiple channels: Facebook, text, phone, and email .
• Prepare invoices and assist with order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting the sales process.
• Help with shop tasks such as preparing orders, organizing materials, machine maintenance, and maintaining a clean workspace .
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with design software (Canva, CorelDraw, Inkscape).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic organizational and administrative skills (invoicing, scheduling, order tracking).
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
