Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will represent Best Buy and be the first point of contact for customers who visit our stores. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to confidently suggest the best tech products and services to meet individual customer needs. If you are enthusiastic about sales or genuinely enjoy helping people, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and inviting manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and make tailored recommendations for customers across various departments.
• Handle cashier functions for purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Continue to enhance your knowledge and expertise through ongoing training and development.
• Assist in keeping the sales floor organized and well-stocked.
• Support in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 months experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
