We’re looking for a Content Marketer who can think strategically, write persuasively, and use digital and AI tools to deliver measurable marketing impact. This role blends content strategy, campaign execution, and digital optimization — with about half of the work focused on our own agency’s growth through thought leadership, lead generation, and social presence.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing high-quality content and building the strategy behind it — someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives, then repurpose those narratives into scalable campaigns across channels. You’ll also be an early adopter of new AI and digital tools, using them to increase efficiency, experiment with formats, and help the entire team learn smarter ways of working. Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development
  • Plan, create, and present persuasive, engaging ideas that influence marketing roadmaps and demonstrate solutions’ potential for success.
  • Write and edit content across formats including email campaigns, case studies, web pages, blog posts, social media, video scripts, landing pages, internal comms, and sales enablement assets.
  • Develop omni-channel content strategies that support prospects and clients across the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Repurpose thought leadership and campaign themes into scalable content across multiple channels and formats.
  • Execute confidently in multiple brand voices and tones, ensuring alignment with client and agency objectives.
Digital Marketing & Optimization
  • Apply SEO, analytics, and marketing tools (e.g., Semrush, HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS, social scheduling tools) to ensure visibility and performance.
  • Champion smart use of AI to streamline workflows, test new formats, and enhance content quality and output.
  • Deliver experiences validated through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategy and identify
    new opportunities.
Agency Growth & Thought Leadership
  • Lead development of content that promotes the agency’s expertise, thought leadership, and lead-generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define marketing performance goals, then build and execute campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Extend the agency’s brand voice into digital channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, and social media.
Collaboration & Research
  • Partner with creative, strategy, and leadership teams throughout the full content lifecycle — from discovery and development to delivery and assessment.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of target customers through internal/external research and apply insights to strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to align content with larger marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in B2B content marketing, corporate communications, or digital marketing — ideally in a creative agency, consultancy, or in-house team.
  • Proven ability to translate technical or complex ideas into clear, compelling content that drives business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, digital best practices, and omni-channel campaign development.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/LLMO, analytics, and content performance measurement.
  • High proficiency in research, writing, and editing, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team.
  • Curiosity and expertise in using AI platforms for content ideation, drafting, and optimization — with an eagerness to share best practices across the team.
About Notion

We’re a 35-person creative agency looking for a  Content Marketer who can think big, write boldly, and use digital + AI tools to turn ideas into measurable impact.
This isn’t a “just writing” role — you’ll shape campaigns, craft content, and help drive growth for both our  clients and our  agency . Half your time will focus on thought leadership, lead-gen, and building our brand presence; the other half will support B2B client campaigns across industries.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and execute content strategies across web, email, social, and sales enablement.
  • Repurpose thought leadership into scalable campaigns and omni-channel content.
  • Use SEO, analytics, and AI tools (like Semrush, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize performance.
  • Develop content that fuels lead-gen, awareness, and customer conversion.
  • Lead experiments (A/B tests, channel pilots, format testing) and apply learnings fast.
  • Stay on top of trends — from digital best practices to the latest AI workflows — and help teach the team new ways of working smarter.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5 to 10 years in B2B content marketing, communications, or digital strategy (agency experience a plus).
  • Exceptional writing + editing skills, with a portfolio that shows range and impact.
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Curiosity and comfort with AI — not just using it, but experimenting with it.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong project management chops.
