Role Overview We seek team members committed to providing excellent customer service and hospitality. Team Members will serve in various capacities throughout the restaurant, including front of house, back of house, and drive-thru. Entry-level roles are great starting points for career growth within a Chick-fil-A restaurant. General Responsibilities Maintain a clean and well-stocked work environment, including utensils, equipment, tables, and floors. Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and ovens safely. Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Handle transactions as a cashier if needed. Report maintenance issues to supervisors promptly. Stock thaw cabinets, label, date, and store food according to procedures. Prepare ingredients, beverages, and food items following recipes and instructions. Replenish food line items as necessary. Set up, operate, and break down food stations efficiently. Monitor food temperatures and hold times to ensure safety. Conduct inventory and complete required paperwork. Attend or complete all required training sessions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Experience and Skills: Minimum of two years in a restaurant environment, with experience in supervising and training staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted. Reaching, handling, seeing, standing, and walking required.
