\n\nRole OverviewÂ
\n\nAs the Make Ready Technician, youâll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to ensure that all vacant apartment units are restored timely to market-ready status. This position will also perform general repairs and assist in the overall maintenance of the interior and exterior of the property. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. \n\nSeasonal Time Frame: July 2025 to August 16, 2025

\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesÂ
\n\nInspectâ¯the condition of allâ¯units prior to starting repairs to include, but not limited to; walls, appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows/doors and filters.Â
\n\tWalks all vacant units to determine make-ready needs; ensures all trash from apartments are cleaned out before, during and after make-ready activity.Â
\n\tPerform generalâ¯repairs/upkeep to vacant units prior to move-in and within company standards/guidelines ; completes required updates onâ¯service needs and coordinate regularly with the property team.â¯Â
\n\tResponsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property and general repair/replacements for common areas as neededâ¯Â

\n\tMay assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, snow removal, freezes, etc.Â
\n\tAssists with monitoring of resident satisfaction and ensures follow up on the results by property maintenance staff.Â

\n\nGeneral maintenance and safety experience knowledgeâ¯Â
\n\tKnowledge of building maintenance and repairÂ
\n\tRequired to provide own (industry specific) hand toolsÂ
\n\tBasic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functionsÂ
\n\tStrong communication skillsâ¯Â
\n\tA valid driverâs license and/or reliable transportationâ¯requiredÂ
\n\tAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionÂ
\n\tA positive, team-oriented attitude, and ability to work with a diverse group of people and customersÂ
\n\tRegular attendance, punctuality and dependability requiredÂ
\n\tGeneral knowledge/experience with all major types of heating and air conditioning is a plus.Â
\n\tWorking knowledge of Microbial Growth is a plus.Â
