Overview:

Whether you’re skilled in buffing, CNC Mill Machinist , or CNC Set Up Technician, this is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where quality and precision matter.

Open Roles:

Buffers $20-22 hourly

• Perform surface finishing, polishing, and buffing operations on aerospace components.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict aerospace quality standards.

• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

CNC Mill Operators $20-25 hourly

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components.

• Load raw materials, monitor machine performance, and inspect parts.

• Make minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Setup Technicians $24-28 hourly

• Set up CNC milling machines, and other production equipment.

• Adjust tooling, fixturing, and machine parameters for new jobs.

• Work closely with production team to troubleshoot and optimize setups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred.

• Knowledge of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment.

Salary info:

$20 - $28 / hr
